Menopause is a natural stage of the female experience, marking the end of a chapter in our life. As our body adjusts to the decline in hormones, we may experience a myriad of uncomfortable symptoms that can range from sleep issues to joint pain, brain fog and anxiety.

We continue to see that stress in our lives will exacerbate the symptoms of and directly impact our experience of the menopause. Entering this new chapter, learning to embrace self care habits and rituals that will support and empower us is of vital importance for our overall well being; physically, mentally and emotionally.
