
Bathing Ritual: Add a generous handful to a warm running bath - immerse for at least 15 minutes. Breathe deep, give yourself permission to be still.
Body Ritual: Dry body brushing is best carried out daily before a bath or shower. Start at the soles of your feet, brush in long strokes up your legs front and back. Then concentrate on brushing your hands and up your arms and shoulders. When brushing your chest and upper back focus the strokes towards your heart. Brush in clockwise circular motions over the abdomen.
Caution: Always perform an allergy patch test before use. Do not use on sensitive areas such as the face or on broken skin. Do not share your brush. Always keep brush away from water. Store in a dry place.
