Grounding Ritual
STEP 1 - SET INTENTION
Set the intention for a deeply restful night of sleep by adding 5 - 10 drops of Sleep Essential Oil to an atomiser or diffuser in your bedroom, closing all windows and doors for 1 hour before bed.
STEP 2 - MASSAGE
Using the GROUND Night Body Balm, take a pea size amount and sweep it across the chest, neck and shoulders, working the balm into the skin before resting on your bed and completing the following restful breath work.
STEP 3 - RESTFUL BREATHING
Find a comfortable position on your bed. With your hands resting on your heart. Close your mouth and inhale quietly through your nose to a mental count of 4. Hold your breath for a count of 7. Exhale completely through your mouth making a whoosh sound to a count of 8. This is one breath, repeat by 3. This breath work helps to invite rest into mind & body.
