SHIPPING & RETURNS
Getting your GROUND Wellbeing order to you as safely and as fast as possible is what we do, and we use selected couriers to track and trace delivery of your purchase.
Currently we are only shipping to Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, the UK, Europe, USA and Canada.
Local Shipping can take from 3-6 working days.
Europe & International please allow 7-12 days.
Delivery within Ireland is €7.00 with free shipping on spend over €75.
Delivery within the UK is €10 (£9) with free shipping on spend over €100.
Delivery within Europe is €15 (EU countries & Switzerland)
Delivery within US, Canada, Hong Kong (SAR), Japan & UAE is €25
Please note we are not responsible for any customs and duties incurred.
Changed your mind? That’s okay - GROUND Wellbeing offers a 14 Day Returns Policy. Just send back the unopened items in a parcel to us, with receipt/packing slip and we will process your refund (less delivery charge) as soon as possible.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Items must be returned and received within 14 Days of Receipt of Delivery.
Items must be returned in original condition without seals broken or tampered with.
GROUND Wellbeing is not responsible for the cost of returns unless the item is faulty.
If the item is faulty, please email your Order Number & the reason or description of the fault to email@example.com .
Refunds are processed within 48 hours of receipt to us. Bank delays may occur, but generally complete 3 to 5 working days after refund is processed.
