SHIPPING:

Getting your GROUND Wellbeing order to you as safely and as fast as possible is what we do, and we use selected couriers to track and trace delivery of your purchase.

Currently we ship to the following locations

Republic of Ireland & Northern Ireland
United Kingdom
Europe: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.
International: Antigua & Barbuda, Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, British Virgin Islands, Canada, Cayman Islands, Dominica, Dominican Republic, Grenada, Hong Kong SAR and Japan.

Local Shipping can take from 3-6 working days.
Europe and International deliveries please allow 7-12 days.
Delivery within Ireland is €7.00 with free shipping on spend over €75.
Delivery to the UK is based on order value and includes all customs and duties, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery:
Up to €125: €15 · €126 to €200: €25 · €201 to €250: €40 · €251 to €300: €50 · Over €300: €65
Delivery within Europe is €15
International delivery is €25
For Europe (outside the EU) and International orders, any customs and duties charged on arrival are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS:

Changed your mind? That’s okay - GROUND Wellbeing offers a 14 Day Returns Policy. Just send back the unopened items in a parcel to us, with receipt/packing slip and we will process your refund (less delivery charge) as soon as possible.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Items must be returned and received within 14 Days of Receipt of Delivery.
Items must be returned in original condition without seals broken or tampered with.
GROUND Wellbeing is not responsible for the cost of returns unless the item is faulty.
If the item is faulty, please email your Order Number & the reason or description of the fault to hello@groundwellbeing.com .
Refunds are processed within 48 hours of receipt to us. Bank delays may occur, but generally complete 3 to 5 working days after refund is processed.
