Grounding Ritual
STEP 1 - STARTING YOUR DAY
Start your day out feeling strong in mind and body. Open the curtains or blinds, allow yourself a few mindful moments to welcome daylight into your space. When the eyes are exposed to light, the brain sends signals to the body that are associated with wakefulness.
STEP 2 - SET INTENTION
Start your day in an invigorating way by adding 5 - 10 drops of TALAMH Grounding Essential Oil to an atomiser or diffuser in your living space.
STEP 3 - BREATHE DEEP
Find a comfortable position, seated or standing. Bring your awareness to your breath, notice the rise and fall with each inhale and exhale. Take a slow deep inhale through your nose, hold it here for a moment before exhaling slowly. On your next inhale, as you breathe in through your nose, squeeze both hands into a tight fist. Hold it here for a moment. As you breathe out through your mouth, allow your fingers to relax and release as you rest your hands beside you. Repeat this 3 times.
Repeat this throughout the day, as needed.
