A trio of skin softening oils including Jojoba, Sweet Almond, and Grapeseed infused with Geranium Bourbon to bring a balancing and toning effect to the skin while antioxidant rich Sweet Orange leaves the skin feeling rejuvenated. A harmonious blend designed for moments when fortitude and inner strength are desired.

Directions for use
Apply generously on slightly wet skin after a bath or shower to seal in long lasting moisture or whenever you want to create a feeling of harmony and balance.
Grounding Ritual
STEP 1 - SET INTENTION
For the ultimate ritual to leave you feeling centred and steady, commence or complete your day with a few sprays of the Grounding Room & Linen Spray in your bedroom, bathroom or living space.
Alternatively, set the intention by adding Grounding Essential Oil to an atomiser or diffuser in your living space closing all windows and doors to allow the aroma to circulate.
STEP 2 - MASSAGE
Take 5 - 6 pumps of oil into the palms, rub together to warm the oil, then cup hands and hover in front of the nose. Take a moment to inhale the deeply soothing aroma.
Start at legs, sweep up over feet and ankles, paying particular attention to circle around the joints. Move up the calves, to the knees then upwards over the thighs and follow the curve of hips, waist and buttocks.
Move to the hands, and sweep along the arms and around shoulders.
Cup the hands on the stomach and focus on breathing, circle around the stomach in a clockwise direction.
Sweeping across the chest in soft flowing motions with fingertips, taking a moment to appreciate the uplifting aroma. Allow your hands to rest on your lap or by your side as you take a few moments for some grounding breathwork.
STEP 3 - BREATHE DEEP
Bring your awareness to your breath, notice the rise and fall with each inhale and exhale.
Take a slow deep inhale through your nose, hold it here for a moment before exhaling slowly
On your next inhale, as you breathe in through your nose, squeeze both hands into a tight fist. Hold it here for a moment. As you breathe out through your mouth, allow your fingers to relax and release as you rest your hands beside you. Repeat this 3 times.
