Directions for use
Apply only to fully healed, closed skin. Do not use on open wounds.
Warm 2–3 drops between your palms and gently massage into the scar area using circular motions. Use morning and evening on clean, dry skin. Allow to absorb fully before dressing - this oil may stain light fabrics.
Grounding Ritual
STEP 1 – SET INTENTION
Begin by creating a quiet space. Open the curtains and let natural light in. Take a moment to connect with your breath and body. Place one hand gently over the scarred area, and with the other, rest it over your heart. Set a simple intention for your healing.
STEP 2 – APPLY & MASSAGE
Warm 2–3 drops of oil between your palms. Gently massage into the fully healed scar using slow, circular movements. Move with care, applying light pressure around the area, not just on the scar itself, to encourage comfort and circulation. Stay present with the texture of your skin, the warmth of your hands, and the scent of the oils.
STEP 3 – BREATHE & RELEASE
Find a comfortable seated or lying position. Bring awareness to your breath. Inhale slowly through your nose, feeling your belly rise. Hold gently, then exhale slowly through your mouth. On your next inhale, lightly tense your shoulders and arms. Pause. As you exhale, let the tension melt away. Allow your body to soften. Repeat this breath cycle 3 times. Let the ritual be your reminder: you are healing, you are held.
