STEP 1 – WARM & PAUSE
Whether beginning the day or unwinding in the evening, warm a few drops of the Grooming Oil between the palms and pause for a slow, deep breath, allowing the fresh notes of cypress and lime to settle the senses.

STEP 2 - MASSAGE & CONDITION
Massage through the beard using slow, steady movements, working the oil into the skin beneath to help soften facial hair and replenish the skin. In the morning, use after cleansing or showering to leave the beard feeling refreshed and conditioned for the day ahead. In the evening, apply a more generous amount after showering to help nourish and restore both skin and hair overnight.


STEP 3 - SUPPORT THE SKIN
If needed, finish by applying BIOME Repair Cream to the rest of the face to help support and comfort exposed skin, leaving the complexion feeling balanced and well cared for.

STEP 4 - RESET
Finish with one final slow breath, allowing the grounding aroma to create a simple moment of pause within the day.
