STEP 1 - STARTING YOUR DAY

STEP 2 - SET INTENTION
Spray a few pumps of BEO Awaken Room & Linen Spray in your bedroom, bathroom, living space or wherever you start your day. Take a few moments to inhale this refreshing aroma.

STEP 3 - BREATHE DEEP
Find a comfortable position, seated or standing. Bring your awareness to your breath, notice the rise and fall with each inhale and exhale. Take a slow deep inhale through your nose, hold it here for a moment before exhaling slowly. On your next inhale, as you breathe in through your nose, squeeze both hands into a tight fist. Hold it here for a moment. As you breathe out through your mouth, allow your fingers to relax and release as you rest your hands beside you. Repeat this 3 times.

Repeat this throughout the day, as needed. This is a particularly beneficial ritual for those who are seated at a desk for long periods of time whether for work or study.
