Directions for use
Massage into the scalp with fingertips or apply to the ends of freshly washed hair to moisturise and strengthen the hair & scalp. Use as a deeply nourishing overnight mask once weekly or as needed.
Grounding Ritual
STEP 1 - SET INTENTION
Let the ritual commence by lighting a candle and playing some soothing music as the bath fills. Set this time aside as sacred - your weekly self care sanctuary. Sprinkle a generous handful of your GROUND Awaken Bath Salts in and swirl the water helping them dissolve. Breathing in deep their refreshing aroma.
STEP 2 - MASSAGE
Take 6 - 8 pumps of the oil into the palms, rub together to warm the oil, then cup hands and hover in front of the nose. Take a moment to inhale the reviving aroma. Using the entire of the palms and fingertips to work the oil into the scalp with circular motions and comb through to the ends. Repeat these circular motions to ensure all areas of the scalp have been tended to. Finish with firm circular movements on the temples. Comb the oil full through the hair and allow it to penetrate while relaxing in the bath.
STEP 3 - BATHE & BREATHE
As you sink your body in the bath water, set an intention to let go of any stress as you focus on your breathing.
Close your eyes, place both hands over your heart. Close your mouth and inhale quietly through your nose to a mental count of 4. Hold your breath for a count of 7. Exhale completely through your mouth making a whoosh sound to a count of 8. This is one breath, repeat by 3. This will move your body into a state of relaxation, leaving you feeling revived.
Wash hair with a double shampoo and wrap up in a warm towel to complete your ritual.
