I came across to this brand at a spa at a hotel in the UK and I run out of the first 100 ml Bottle so super quickly because it’s addictive!!! Little did I know that body oil>body cream. Now ordered another 100 ml and also 30 ml size for my travels as I can’t seem to live without it😂
Awaken Body Oil (Uplifting)
The refreshing aromas of Grapefruit and Coriander Seed are blended with Sweet Almond oil and Calendula to create this energising, skin softening body oil. Combined with Lemongrass, these distinct aromas are known for encouraging an uplifting feeling. This nourishing oil blend helps smooth skin texture whilst invigorating the soul.

Grounding Ritual
STEP 1 - SET INTENTION
For the ultimate awakening ritual commence your day with GROUND Beo Awaken room & linen spray with a few sprays in your bedroom, bathroom or living space.
Alternatively, set the intention by adding Uplifting Essential Oil to an atomiser or diffuser in your living space closing all windows and doors to allow the aroma to circulate.
STEP 2 - MASSAGE
Take 5 - 6 pumps of oil into the palms, rub together to warm the oil, then cup hands and hover in front of the nose. Take a moment to inhale the deeply soothing aroma.
Start at legs, sweep up over feet and ankles, paying particular attention to circle around the joints. Move up the calves, to the knees then upwards over the thighs and follow the curve of hips, waist and buttocks.
Move to the hands, and sweep along the arms and around shoulders.
Cup the hands on the stomach and focus on breathing, circle around the stomach in a clockwise direction.
Sweeping across the chest in soft flowing motions with fingertips, taking a moment to appreciate the uplifting aroma. Allow your hands to rest on your lap or by your side as you take a few moments for some energising breathwork.
STEP 3 - BREATHE DEEP
Bring your awareness to your breath, notice the rise and fall with each inhale and exhale.
Take a slow deep inhale through your nose, hold it here for a moment before exhaling slowly
On your next inhale, as you breathe in through your nose, squeeze both hands into a tight fist. Hold it here for a moment. As you breathe out through your mouth, allow your fingers to relax and release as you rest your hands beside you. Repeat this 3 times.
Directions For Use
Apply generously on slightly wet skin after a bath or shower to help seal in long-lasting moisture.

I am male who works with my hands long hours, Ground hand balm keeps them in top shape and seems to have a calming affect just from the aroma. I have started using the awaken body oil after the shower and it feels like I've been in the spa for an hour. Love the brand Irish and Cork.

This is a truly gorgeous body oil that easily absorbs yet feels very nourishing for the skin. A firm favourite after a hot shower or bath when my skin is warm. The scent of Grapefruit and Coriander feels very refreshing yet in good balance. Love it!!!! The big bottle lives in the bathroom and the small one comes with me on my travels ;)!
