Directions for use
Apply to freshly cleansed skin. Taking a pea size amount with the spatula provided, allow it to melt between the fingertips before commencing application. Gently massage the balm onto the face, neck & décolleté using upward, circular motions. Experience the calming benefits & peaceful aroma of this balm best at night, leave on the face as a mask.
Grounding Ritual
STEP 1 - SET INTENTION
Prepare your space with your preferred GROUND room & linen spray to set the intention for your self care moment
STEP 2 - CLEANSE
Take a pea size amount of the Restorative Cleansing Balm and allow it to warm and soften between the palms, hover hands in front of the face and inhale deeply. Massage over the face, neck and chest with light circular massage movements. Moisten fingertips and continue to massage. Remove with a warm, damp cotton cleansing cloth.
STEP 3 - MASSAGE
Warm & soften the balm in the palm of your hands, cup hands over your face as you inhale slowly, take a moment to appreciate this grounding exercise. Gently massage onto the skin of your face and neck in slow, sweeping motions. Fan fingertips, light as a feather from chin to ears, then from nose to ears and finally from the centre of forehead out to the hairline. Bring fingertips to temples and finish with slow, firm circles around the temples
