Directions for use
Add a generous handful to a warm bath an hour before bedtime to prepare for a good night.
Grounding Ritual
STEP 1 - SET INTENTION
Let the ritual commence by lighting a candle and playing some soothing music as the bath fills. Set this time aside as sacred - your weekly self care sanctuary. Sprinkle a generous handful of your GROUND Bath Salts in and swirl the water helping them dissolve. Breathing in deep their nurturing aroma.
STEP 2 - BATHE & BREATHE
As you sink your body in the bath water, set an intention to let go of any stress as you focus on your breathing.
Close your eyes, place both hands over your heart. Close your mouth and inhale quietly through your nose to a mental count of 4. Hold your breath for a count of 7. Exhale completely through your mouth making a whoosh sound to a count of 8. This is one breath, repeat by 3. This will move your body into a state of relaxation, ready for sleep.
STEP 3 - RESTORE
Wrap yourself up in a warm towel or robe to complete your ritual.
