Immerse yourself into a calming and relaxing infusion of Chamomile with a hint of fresh Mandarin and Bergamot oils. Topped up with beautifully scented floral Neroli essential oil for a complete sensorial, comforting experience, blended with Epsom and Himalayan salts, a natural source of minerals. Crafted with sweet almond oil to leave your skin nourished, hydrated and soft.

Ground is handmade in Ireland in small batches with 100% natural vegan ingredients. Never tested on animals.

External use only. Always patch test first. To perform a patch test, dissolve a small amount of salts in warm water and apply to the inside of the arm. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Grounding Ritual

STEP 1 - SET INTENTION
Let the ritual commence by lighting a candle and playing some soothing music as the bath fills. Set this time aside as sacred - your weekly self care sanctuary. Sprinkle a generous handful of your GROUND Bath Salts in and swirl the water helping them dissolve. Breathing in deep their nurturing aroma.

STEP 2 - BATHE & BREATHE
As you sink your body in the bath water, set an intention to let go of any stress as you focus on your breathing.
Place one hand on your belly and the other on your heart
Inhale deeply through your nose, feeling your belly rise
Exhale slowly through your mouth, releasing any tension
Repeat this 2 - 3 times
Return to the natural rhythm of your breathing in your own time

STEP 3 - RESTORE
Nourish your skin by following with GROUND Comfort Body Oil

Wrap yourself up in a warm towel or robe to complete your ritual.
