Our Calm therapy dough is for children and adults who find it difficult to calm an overactive mind before bed. Scented with the Ground Wellbeing sleep essential oil of Lavender and Bergamot, this soft dough has been created to be used to unwind and promote feelings of calmness. When used during a bedtime routine, this dough can help slow our heart rates and encourage built up tensions from school or work to release from our minds and body.

This dough has been created for children and adults who have special needs and find periods of calm and stillness difficult to incorporate into their daily routine. It has also been created for those who are suffering from anxiety and find it hard to slow an overactive racing mind and heart rate.

Directions for use:

Roll, squish or squeeze in the hands for a couple of minutes, cup into the hands and bring towards the face, take three soft, slow mindful breaths to feel mind and body relax. Repeat as necessary. When finished massage oil into the hands for further relaxation.
