This pure, mineral-rich Magnesium Spray is designed to soothe sore muscles, ease physical fatigue, and restore the body’s natural balance, especially after movement, exertion, or long days on your feet.

Formulated with a deeply replenishing blend of essential minerals, Magnesium, Potassium, Calcium, and Sodium, this spray supports the body’s natural recovery process while helping to calm the nervous system and regulate muscle function.

This lightweight formula it delivers targeted relief to areas of tightness, encouraging the body to soften and release. Whether used post-workout or before bed, this grounding ritual invites stillness, ease, and presence.

Ground is handmade in Ireland in small batches with natural vegan ingredients. Never tested on animals.

Grounding Ritual

STEP 1 – SPRAY
Apply 4–6 sprays directly onto muscles, joints or areas of tension. Suitable for use after exercise, during periods of physical exertion or as part of your evening routine.

STEP 2 – MASSAGE
Gently massage into the skin until absorbed, paying particular attention to areas that feel tired or overworked.

STEP 3 – PAUSE
Take a few slow, deep breaths and allow a moment of stillness as part of your recovery ritual.

STEP 4 – REPEAT
Use daily as needed, particularly after activity or before bed as part of your evening wind-down routine.

Directions For Use

Spray directly onto clean, dry skin. Massage gently into tired or tight areas such as legs, shoulders, back, or feet. A tingling sensation is normal and indicates magnesium absorption. Avoid contact with the face or delicate areas.

Brought the magnesium spray on hols to Majorca as I always suffer with muscle pains with all the walking etc & its been amazing, rubbing into my calfs at night or in the morning, plus rubbing into my feet at night to help me sleep..... absolutely love this spray!!!
