Restorative Cleansing Balm

STEP 1 - SET INTENTION
Prepare your space with your preferred GROUND room & linen spray to set the intention for your self care moment

STEP 2 - CLEANSE
Take a pea size amount of the balm and allow it to warm and soften between the palms, hover hands in front of the face and inhale deeply. Massage over the face, neck and chest with light circular massage movements. Moisten fingertips and continue to massage. Remove with a warm, damp cotton cleansing cloth.

For an intensely nourishing treatment, allow the balm to rest on the face for 10 minutes, practise deep belly breathing and inhale the grounding aroma. Remove with a warm, damp cotton cleansing cloth.

STEP 3 - RESTORE
Nourish your skin by following with your preferred GROUND face oil or balm Breathe life into this self care ritual by tuning in to what feels good for your body, maybe even incorporating this into an existing bath or bedtime ritual.

Warm into the palms, then massage over the face, neck and chest with light circular massage movements. Moisten fingertips and continue to massage. Remove with a warm, damp cotton cleansing cloth. For an intensely nourishing treatment, you can also use this product as a facial mask. Relax for 10 minutes, then hold a warm, damp cleansing cloth over the skin.
