Grounding Ritual

STEP 1 - CLEANSE
Begin by cleansing the skin with the GROUND Cleansing Oil, massaging gently into dry skin using slow circular movements to help lift the day away while supporting the skin barrier. Remove with warm water or a soft damp cloth.

STEP 2 - WARM & APPLY
Warm 3–4 drops of Superseed between the palms and pause for a slow breath before applying. Gently press into the skin and massage across the face and neck using slow upward strokes, allowing the nourishing superseed botanicals to help restore comfort and replenish the skin overnight.

STEP 3 - SUPPORT & NOURISH
For additional hydration and barrier support, follow with BIOME Repair Cream, focusing on areas that feel dry, delicate or easily overwhelmed.

STEP 4 - PAUSE
Finish by cupping the hands gently over the face for a moment of stillness, allowing the skin to absorb the nutrient-rich botanicals while encouraging a sense of calm and comfort before rest.

Directions For Use
