Grounding Ritual

Generously spray throughout the air or onto clothing to enjoy the therapeutic benefits of the essential oils. At your desk, place both feet on the floor and breathe in through your nose, imagine you are inhaling from the ground, up through your feet, through your legs and body, straighten your back and exhale, don’t forget to stretch out your hands and fingers at regular intervals.


Grounding Ritual

Invite sleep in by spraying on your pillow and at the top of your duvet, natural movement during the night helps release the essential oils into our bodies to further deepen the sleep. When used nightly as a routine the body naturally starts to welcome rest in.

 

Combine with conscious breathing to help still your mind. Close your eyes, place both hands on your heart. Close your mouth and inhale quietly through your nose to a mental count of 4. Hold your breath for a count of 7. Exhale completely through your mouth, making a whoosh sound to a count of 8. This is one breath, repeat by 5.
